TRAIN-THE-TRAINERS

The Train-the-Trainers initiative was first started with CABIR 8 and has the objective to support CABIR Alumni who have an interest in teaching. The role of the trainers is to assist the Professor to organise the course, to chair work-lunches and to guide working groups in the afternoons. Trainers receive pedagogical advice from the Professor in view of developing teaching and pedagogical skills. Trainers are also a connecting link between new and old participants thus creating continuity between new and old CABIR Alumni. Trainers must be CABIR Alumni and have an interest in teaching. All trainers are selected following a written application and an interview.
