Scientific Secretary and Member of Scientific Council, Institute
of Management and Economic Reforms; Lecturer, European Regional

Mr. Vugar Mammadov, Candidate
for Parliament of Azerbaijan; Muskie Fellow Fletcher School of Law
and Diplomacy; Member of Academy of Achievement. Former Member of
the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan. SIRUS participant in 1997. Age:

Ms. Aysel Yagubova, Attaché,
Embassy of Azerbaijan to the United States of America. Former Gender
Focal Point within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. CABIR participant
