Mr. Marat Atovmyan - Contract Coordinator, World Vision Armenia; Member of Expert Council under Human Rights' Defender of the Republic of Armenia; Co-president of the Centre of Social Researches “Progress” NGO; Lecturer at the French University in Armenia and European Regional Academy.

Ms. Lilit Gevorgyan - Assistant to the President of the Republic of Armenia; Previously Counsellor, Economic Department, Administration of the President of the Republic of Armenia. Age: 32.

Ms. Gayane Hovakimyan - Chief Expert, Criminal-Executive Department, Ministry of Justice of Republic of Armenia; Previously Lecturer at the Law Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. Age: 27.
Azerbaijan

Mr. Ali Ahmadov - Economist, Research and Statistics Department of the National Bank of Azerbaijan. Student of MBA Program organized jointly by Georgia State University (USA) and “Odlar Yurdu” University (Azerbaijan). Age: 24.

Ms. Lala Azimova - Senior Advisor, Department for the Protection of the Rights of Prisoners, Office of the Commissioner of Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Age: 26.

Mr. Zaur Zamanov - Senior advisor of the Legal Education Sector, Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan . Executive board member of “OL” Azerbaijan Youth Movement. Age: 26.
