Swiss Leadership Award in International Relations 2006

The Program for the Study of International Organization(s) of the Graduate Institute of International Studies announced the following winners of the Swiss Leadership Award in International Relations for 2006:

Armenia

• Mr. Marat Atovmyan - Contract Coordinator, World Vision Armenia; Member of Expert Council under Human Rights' Defender of the Republic of Armenia; Co-president of the Centre of Social Researches “Progress” NGO; Lecturer at the French University in Armenia and European Regional Academy.
  Age: 30.

• Ms. Lilit Gevorgyan - Assistant to the President of the Republic of Armenia; Previously Counsellor, Economic Department, Administration of the President of the Republic of Armenia. Age: 32.
  
  
• Ms. Gayane Hovakimyan - Chief Expert, Criminal-Executive Department, Ministry of Justice of Republic of Armenia; Previously Lecturer at the Law Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. Age: 27.
  
  
  

Azerbaijan

• Mr. Ali Ahmadov - Economist, Research and Statistics Department of the National Bank of Azerbaijan. Student of MBA Program organized jointly by Georgia State University (USA) and “Odlar Yurdu” University (Azerbaijan). Age: 24.

• Ms. Lala Azimova - Senior Advisor, Department for the Protection of the Rights of Prisoners, Office of the Commissioner of Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Age: 26.
  
  
• Mr. Zaur Zamanov - Senior advisor of the Legal Education Sector, Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan . Executive board member of “OL” Azerbaijan Youth Movement. Age: 26.

• Ms. Ketevan Dolidze - Field Coordinator of Food Programme, Commodity and Emergency Response Department, World Vision International; Former Head of the Staff, Committee of the Mountainous Regions and Settlement of the Parliament of Georgia. Age: 31.
